Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 slices of Homemade Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 teaspoons butter for cooking
  • 1 cherry tomato
  • Dill, Salt and Black Pepper to your taste
  • 1 slice of red bell pepper

Instructions

    1. Put a Non-Stick Frying pan over medium-high heat.
    2. Add butter and make sure that it is hot before you crack in an egg.
    3. Add an egg.
    4. Reduce heat to low.
    5. Cook slowly until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard.
      Sunny-Side Up Egg is ready to serve with Silicone Spatula.
    6. Cut 2 slices of Mozzarella cheese, few pieces of Cucumber, Cherry Tomato, Red Bell Pepper with a knife on a cutting board.
    7. Add  a small bunch of Dill to make a funny face on a large white square plate.
    8. Add Salt and Black Pepper to your taste.
